We provide ethics training and consulting for governmental organizations/entities as well as general consulting for small businesses including contract review, risk assessment, and employee engagement. Established in 2017, LMP Solutions LLC was founded by the brother and sister duo, Delanté & Danielle Thomas, in honor of their late grandmother. Delanté is a licensed attorney based in Cleveland, Ohio and Danielle is an events manager and certified meeting planner based in Washington D.C. Together the two sought to provide consulting and event management solutions to individuals and organizations, small and large. Our attorney provides legal assistance in many different areas including housing, employment, expungements, and personal injury.
